Jemez Pottery
Linked to an agricultural way of life, pottery is an art form used by most tribes in the south-west United States. Pueblo cultures adapted the soil of their environment, create beautiful ships intended to serve utility. Despite the intention of all days of their creations, American Indian potters took great pride in their work. Ceramics artists today traditional and contemporary techniques, methods and models, often creating beautiful pieces of artwork.
