The pieces are produced in Peru from brown rocks that peek through thin white glaze.
Jonathan Adler pottery began his life in our Soho studio, where Jonathan and his team of design and carving of each prototype. Products you are seeing is produced by skilled artists in our main workshop in Peru. They make a mold of our prototype and then hand craft each piece from a high rock or porcelain fired. Peru workshop we found through the Help for the craftsman, a nonprofit organization that connects designers in America by artisans in developing countries to promote fair trade.
