Myths were seen as embodying divine or timeless truths, while the legends (or SAGAS Group) was almost historic. Thus, the famous events of epics, such as the Trojan War, were generally regarded as having really happened, and the heroes and heroines were believed this is really lived. Earlier SAGAS group, such as travel, the Argonauts, was adopted in the same way. Most of Greek legend were embellished with folktales, fiction, but some certainly contains a historical basis. These are the Tales of more than one sack of Troy, in support of archaeological evidence, and the labours of Heracles, which could Mycenaean feudalism. Again, the legend, the Minotaur (a, which is part human, part of Bull) could be caused by exaggerated accounts of the bull leaping in ancient Crete.
